There have been several milestone moments in the evolution of Artesian and DueDil; moments when we believe we opened the door to a new era of opportunity. Today we are truly excited to announce our biggest shared milestone to date – the merger of our two companies!

The new company will be headed by Andrew Yates as CEO, with DueDil’s CEO, Justin Fitzpatrick, remaining at the company to lead the integration of the two companies and help position the combined business for continued future growth. The wider leadership team contains individuals from both Artesian and DueDil, and is working smoothly for the benefit of the combined base of more than 600 customers and 15,000 end users.
